通过将淬火后的15CrMnMoV 钢进行多道次冷轧的方法制备了金属内生复合板,透射电镜(TEM)及X 射线(Xray) 衍射研究发现:复合板显微组织呈现明显的层片状特征,试样的屈服强度σ0.2 为1 500 ~1 800MPa,断裂韧性KIC为85 ~110 MPa m1/2 ,KISCC为75 ~98 MPa m1/2 。
Through the multi-pass cold rolling of the quenched 15CrMnMoV steel, the metal endogenous composite plate, TEM and X-ray diffraction were used to study the microstructure of the composite plate. The yield strength σ 0.2 of the sample is 1 500 ~ 1 800 MPa, the fracture toughness KIC is 85 ~ 110 MPa m 1/2 and the KISCC 75 ~ 98 MPa m 1/2.
