结合现有中小型煤矿斜巷跑车防护装置设计理论依据不足和试验条件难以满足的现状,设计了一种常开碰杆式跑车防护装置,并给出了其设计和计算方法。此外,基于ANSYS对最恶劣碰撞工况下跑车碰撞过程进行了有限元仿真。结果表明:该跑车防护装置的设计和安装分布是合理的,可为煤矿企业应用斜巷跑车防护装置提供理论依据。
Combined with the insufficiency of theoretical basis and insufficiency of experimental conditions for the design of protection device for the existing small and medium coal mine inclined roadway, a protective device for normally open-type sports car was designed and its design and calculation method were given. In addition, finite element simulation of sports car collision process under the worst collision condition based on ANSYS was carried out. The results show that the design and installation of the protective device for sports car are reasonable and can provide a theoretical basis for the application of the protective device for the roadster sports car.
