采用保护地和大田种植两种栽培模式,以大刍草新种质鲁牧2号为父本、11个温带玉米自交系为母本,对其在长日照条件下(山东地区)的远缘杂交效果进行了比较研究。结果表明:利用大刍草新种质鲁牧2号作父本,通过错期管理,在山东地区保护地栽培和大田栽培均可实现其与普通玉米自交系的远缘杂交,获得杂交种。两种栽培模式比较,大田栽培条件下玉米杂交种产量显著高于保护地栽培,且操作简便,节省投入,有效降低了制种成本。
Two kinds of cultivation modes of protected field and field planting were used. The new germplasm Rumu 2 was used as the male parent and 11 temperate maize inbred lines as the female parent. The long-day conditions (Shandong region) Edge hybridization effects were compared. The results showed that using the new accession of Lumu 2, a new grassy cultivar, as the male parent, through the management of the wrong time period, it could realize the distant hybridization with common maize inbred lines in protected areas and field cultivation in Shandong Province, and get hybrids . Compared with the two cultivation modes, the yield of maize hybrids under field cultivation was significantly higher than that of the protected cultivation, and the operation was simple and the inputs were saved, which effectively reduced the cost of seed production.
