企业文化属于企业的精神支柱,在现代企业管理中非常重视企业文化的构建,其中工会组织承担的重要的职责。工会是职工代表组织,是职工利益的维护者。工会主要负责企业的文化宣传和建设,有文化建设的稳定阵地,对于职工的参与和管理意识的提升具有推动作用。在党的十八大会议上,构建和谐社会成为一大主题,构建企业和谐是构建社会和谐的一部分,是基础内容。因此,作为联系党群的工会组织,其在协调劳动关系和利益,推进社会稳定中具有重要的作用。必须按照工会的特点、优势等,尽职尽责,维护职工群众的合法权益,促进企业文化建设。
Corporate culture is the spiritual pillar of the enterprise, in the modern business management attaches great importance to the building of enterprise culture, which the important responsibility of trade unions. Trade unions are employee representative organizations and the defenders of workers’ interests. The trade union is mainly responsible for the cultural propaganda and construction of enterprises and the stable position of cultural construction, which plays a promoting role in the participation of staff and the promotion of management awareness. At the 18th CPC National Congress, building a harmonious society has become a major theme. Establishing corporate harmony is a part of building social harmony and a basic content. Therefore, as a trade union organization that links with the party and the masses, it plays an important role in coordinating labor relations and interests and promoting social stability. The trade union must follow its own characteristics and advantages, perform due diligence, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and the masses, and promote the building of an enterprise culture.
