利用三维分析方法,研究了亚麻籽皮提胶过程中的各项分析参数、提取条件和产品指标之间关系的三维相关分析。利用最小二乘法,在矩形域上对数据点进行了曲面拟合,对产品指标、产品质量、产品品种得到了比较满意的结果。 本研究的意义在于,通过一定的数学方法,将实验中的分析和工艺数据加以拟合,得到具有指导意义的经验方程,从而在将来的工业规模生产中,通过调控工艺参数,以得到符合生产要求的高质量和多品种产品。这一方法在其他生物和化工生产中,也应具有相同的应用前景。
Using the three-dimensional analysis method, the three-dimensional correlation analysis of the relationship between the analysis parameters, the extraction conditions and the product indexes in the process of the flaxseed bark extraction was studied.
