近日,由北京市科委组织专家对清华大学完成的“电网能量管理和培训仿真一体化系统”科技成果进行了鉴定。由韩祯祥院士任主任委员的鉴定委员会听取了研制报告、技术报告、测试报告、查新报告、用户报告和项目组对质询问题的回答,并观看了演示。经过认真讨论,鉴定委员会一致认为:该成果历经10余年的研究,在理论、方法、实现和应用等各个方面,取得了一系列基础性、系统性和独创性的研究成果,多项算法和技术属于首创,在总体上达到了国际先进水平。主要的首创性贡献
