以橄榄树枝(OTP)为原料进行硫酸盐法蒸煮,获得卡伯值为17的纸浆。在优化的蒸煮条件下,浆料黏度为31.5 mPa·s,且有较好的强度性能与光学性能。对最优蒸煮条件下获得的浆料进行漂白,漂白浆白度能达到90.9%,但其漂白流程较长(OZQP_OZQP_O)。此外,由于漂白硫酸盐OTP浆具有较好的滤水性能,因此不需要对其进行高强度打浆。与其他农业废弃物相比,OTP更适用于制浆造纸。
Kraft cooking with olive branch (OTP) as raw material to obtain a pulp with a kappa number of 17. Under the optimized cooking conditions, the viscosity of the slurry is 31.5 mPa · s, and has good strength and optical properties. Bleaching the pulp obtained under the optimal cooking conditions can reach 90.9% whiteness, but its bleaching process is longer (OZQP_OZQP_O). In addition, bleaching sulfate OTP pulp does not require high-strength beating because it has good drainage properties. Compared with other agricultural waste, OTP is more suitable for pulp and paper.
