水利工程是涉及到居民生活、经济发展的重要基础工程,水利工程能够推动电力、农业、防洪抗旱等行业的发展。水利工程监理工作在水利工程建设中具有重要作用,监理工作能够保障工程建设各方面达到国家标准。文章主要探讨监理工作对水利工程“质效合一”的有效保障,通过分析监理工作施工的质量控制、工程监理产生的经济效益等,指出水利工程监理在水利工程建设中的重要作用。
