南方梨目前以砂梨品种为主体,但其耐贮性较差,且采收期正值盛夏对其商品化进程影响较大。为此,有必要对砂梨进入国内外市场前运输过程中的贮藏保鲜技术进行研究,以确保其在冷藏条件下,1~3个月内具有商品性。砂梨冷藏保鲜试验报道较少,1984年方建平等以“新世纪”、“菊水”为材料进行了不同水温、涂料、包装的冷藏试验,认为仅聚乙稀膜袋包装对砂梨保鲜有明显效果。在此基础上,本试验针对冷藏中不同膜袋包装和纸包装进行了比较。
