目的:研究MAL在正常喉黏膜组织、声带息肉、喉不典型增生组织及喉癌中表达进而分析其不同分布的意义。方法:运用免疫组织化学的方法检测MAL在正常喉黏膜组织、声带息肉、喉不典型增生组织及喉癌中分布情况。结果:MAL在正常喉黏膜组织中存在表达。比较正常喉黏膜组织和声带息肉组织,MAL表达情况无明显差异。比较正常喉黏膜组织、喉不典型增生及喉癌,MAL在喉不典型增生和喉癌中均表达下调,MAL在喉鳞状细胞癌中表达较喉不典型增生中明显下调。结论:MAL存在正常喉黏膜组织中,在癌变早期时因细胞功能变化而发生表达改变。可作为喉鳞状细胞癌早期诊断的指标之一。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of MAL in normal laryngeal mucosa, vocal cord polyps, laryngeal dysplasia and laryngeal carcinoma and to analyze its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution of MAL in normal laryngeal mucosa, vocal cord polyps, laryngeal dysplasia and laryngeal carcinoma. Results: The expression of MAL was found in normal laryngeal mucosa. Compared with normal laryngeal mucosa and vocal cord polyps, the expression of MAL had no significant difference. Compared with normal laryngeal mucosa, atypical hyperplasia of larynx and laryngeal carcinoma, MAL expression was down-regulated in laryngeal dysplasia and laryngeal carcinoma, and MAL was significantly down-regulated in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma compared with laryngeal atypical hyperplasia. CONCLUSIONS: The expression of MAL changes in normal laryngeal mucosa tissue due to changes in cell function in the early stage of carcinogenesis. It can be used as an indicator of early diagnosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
