相变材料的选择主要依据是相变温度.根据实验要实现的致冷目标,依次选定相变温度,再据相变温度选择相变材料.通过加入适当比例的成核剂和增稠剂,以解决无机相变材料的主要问题:过冷现象和分层现象.最终选择、配制出合适的两级相变材料体系,即:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O+4.7%碳酸盐成核剂+1.9%增稠剂体系,和Na2CO3·10H2O+6%硼酸盐成核剂+4.5%增稠剂体系.
The choice of phase change material is mainly based on the phase transition temperature. According to the experiment to achieve the cooling target, followed by the selected phase transition temperature, phase change temperature and then select the phase change material. By adding an appropriate proportion of nucleating agents and thickeners to solve the main problems of inorganic phase change materials: the phenomenon of supercooling and stratification.
