本文检测了南京地区431例人体发育各阶段外周血白细胞和淋巴细胞总数及分类。结果:白细胞总数1天新生儿最高,以后随增龄而降低。淋巴细胞总数30天新生儿显著高于1天新生儿,以后随增龄而减少, 老年组最低。中性粒细胞1天新生儿最商,30天新生儿显著下降;以后呈波浪状增加。淋巴细胞1天新生儿最低;30天新生儿最高,以后呈波浪状下降。嗜酸和嗜硷性粒细脆均在正常范围。单核细胞1天组最低,青年组最高,中年和老年组又显著下降。
This article examines the total number and classification of peripheral blood leukocytes and lymphocytes in 431 cases of human development in Nanjing area. Results: The highest number of white blood cells in 1 day neonatal, with later age decreased. The total number of lymphocytes in newborns at 30 days was significantly higher than that of newborns at 1 day, then decreased with age, and the lowest in aged group. Neonatal 1 day most newborns, 30 days newborn decreased significantly; after wavy increased. Lymphocytes 1 day minimum neonatal; 30-day neonatal highest, wavy after the decline. Eosinophilic and alkalophilic granuloma are in the normal range. The monocytes were the lowest in the 1-day group, the highest in the youth group and the other in the middle-aged and elderly groups.
