本研究运用优势视角和抗逆力理论,以云南保山L区的2所农村小学为例,采用问卷法、访谈法和参与式观察法收集资料,阐述了留守儿童的主要心理需求,并在开展留守儿童学校心理健康服务的基础上,提出了在本土处境下开展农村留守儿童心理健康服务的建议。本文认为:满足留守儿童心理问题后的需求是心理健康服务的目标;关注优势、淡化问题是心理健康服务的重要理念;心理健康服务与学校德育相结合是心理健康服务的基本途径;提高农村小学教师的心理健康水平和开展心理健康服务的能力是服务的保证;服务手法的整合和创新是提高服务质量的关键。
Taking the advantage of perspectives and resilience theory as an example, two rural primary schools in L area of Baoshan District of Yunnan Province were used as examples to collect the data by questionnaire, interview and participatory observation. The main psychological needs of left-behind children were elaborated. Based on the mental health services of left-behind children’s schools, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out mental health services for left-behind children in rural areas. This paper argues that satisfying the needs of left-behind children after psychological problems is the goal of mental health services; paying attention to advantages and diluting problems is an important concept of mental health services; the combination of mental health services and school moral education is the basic way of mental health services; Teachers’ mental health and the ability to carry out mental health services are the guarantee of service. The integration and innovation of service tactics are the key to improve the service quality.
