利用吸水纸检验法对甜瓜枯萎病发病较重地采集的种子进行保湿培养研究 ,结果表明 ,供试种子携带多种病原真菌 ,其中枯萎菌带菌率最高 ,其次是黑根霉菌、黑斑病菌 ;供试种子除表面带菌外 ,种壳和种仁内均可带菌 ,而且种壳带菌率明显高于种仁带菌率 ;药剂浸种试验结果表明 2 .5 %适乐时种衣剂和 2 0 %丰乐种衣剂 10 0倍液浸种 6小时对枯萎病菌和链格袍菌的消毒效果最好 ;盆栽试验结果表明 ,种衣剂处理对防治种传病害效果最好。
The results showed that the tested seeds carried a variety of pathogenic fungi, of which Fusarium oxysporum was the highest, followed by Rhizopus oryzae; Alternaria Test seeds in addition to the surface of the carrier, the seed coat and seeds can be fungi, and the species of shell fungus was significantly higher than the carrier rate; drug soaking test results show 2.5% scholar seed coating and 20% Feng Seed germination 10 0 times soaking for 6 hours on the Fusarium wilt and Clostridium difficile the best disinfection; pot test results show that the seed coating treatment on the prevention and treatment of seed propagation disease best.
