目的通过模拟不同力学负荷下的拧螺丝作业,探讨力学负荷与局部肌肉肌电特征的相关性。方法选择7名男性青年志愿者,采用表面肌电描记(surface electromyography,sEMG)技术,测试在不同力学负荷下用扭矩扳手模拟拧螺丝作业时局部肌肉的sEMG,并对其标化后进行统计分析。结果拧螺丝作业的力学负荷分别与肱三头肌(triceps brachii,TB)、肱桡肌(brachioradialis,BR)和肱二头肌(biceps brachii,BB)的三项sEMG指标包括均方根值(root mean square,RMS)、积分肌电值(intergrate EMG,IEMG)和最大振幅(maximum amplitude,MA)均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。其中,力学负荷与TB的RMS、IEMG和MA关联(相关系数分别为0.994、0.997和0.998)较强,且P值均<0.01。结论在拧螺丝作业活动中,TB、BR和BB三块肌肉的三项sEMG指标(包括RMS、IEMG和MA)的变化可反映力学负荷大小,其中TB更具有代表性。
Objective To explore the correlation between mechanical load and local muscle EMG characteristics by simulating screwing operations under different mechanical loads. Methods Seven young male volunteers were enrolled in this study. The sEMG of local muscles were simulated with a torque wrench under different mechanical loads by using surface electromyography (sEMG) technique. The sEMG was normalized and statistically analyzed . Results The mechanical loads of tightening screw operation were respectively correlated with the three sEMG indexes of triceps brachii (TB), brachioradialis (BR) and biceps brachii (BB) root mean square, RMS), intergrate EMG (IEMG) and maximum amplitude (MA) (all P <0.05). Among them, mechanical load and TB RMS, IEMG and MA correlation (correlation coefficient were 0.994,0.997 and 0.998) were stronger, and P values were <0.01. Conclusion The three sEMG indexes (including RMS, IEMG and MA) of three muscles of TB, BR and BB can reflect the mechanical load in the tightening operation of screw, among which TB is more representative.
