目的了解深圳市龙岗区横岗镇0-14岁伤害儿童的性别、年龄、受伤部位、伤害类型等流行特征;评价伤害造成儿童的健康损失及经济损失。方法采用整群抽样的方法,以横岗镇4个社区为研究社区,调查了897名0-14岁儿重2002年的伤害状况。结果深圳市龙岗区横岗镇0-14岁儿童非致命性伤害的年发生率为8.36%,男女比例为2.13:1;男童伤害发生率明显高于女童(P<0.05)。伤害类型前5位依次为意外跌落(52.50%)、机械伤(12.50%)、宠物咬伤(11.25%)、烧烫伤(8.75%)和中毒(6.25%)。伤害损伤部位以四肢最常见,占53.33%,其次是头部和躯干部,分别占37.33%和9.33%。伤害医疗费用支出人均332.8元。结论应高度重视儿童伤害造成的损失,开展伤害干预控制研究,减少儿童伤害的发生。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of 0-14-year-old injured children in Henggang Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen City, such as gender, age, location of injury and type of injury. To evaluate the health loss and economic loss of children caused by injury. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to study the injury status of 897 children aged 0-14 in 2002 in four communities in Henggang Town. Results The annual incidence of non-fatal injuries among children aged 0-14 in Henggang, Longgang, Shenzhen was 8.36%, the ratio of male to female was 2.13: 1. The incidence of injury to boys was significantly higher than that of girls (P <0.05). The top five injuries were Accidental Drop (52.50%), Mechanical Injury (12.50%), Pet Bites (11.25%), Burns and Burn (8.75%) and Poisoning (6.25%). Injured parts of the limbs to the most common, accounting for 53.33%, followed by the head and torso, accounting for 37.33% and 9.33%. Injury medical expenses per capita 332.8 yuan. Conclusion It is necessary to attach great importance to the damage caused by child injury, conduct research on the control of injury intervention and reduce the occurrence of child injury.
