针对钛合金加工过程中刀具磨损严重,刀具材料对切削性能影响较大等问题,采用无涂层和涂层硬质合金刀具进行干式车削钛合金Ti-6Al-4V试验,利用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪研究刀具磨损机理,并通过刀具磨损、切削力和切削温度来评价不同刀具材料对钛合金的切削适应性。结果表明,钛合金车削加工时,与涂层硬质合金刀具相比,细晶粒的无涂层硬质合金刀具磨损、切削力和切削温度均较小,使用寿命长,切削性能最好;Ti Al N和Al Cr N合金复合涂层刀具切削力和切削温度随切削速度的变化较小,研究结果有助于切削刀具材料的合理选用及刀具磨损控制。
In order to solve the problem that the tool wear is serious and the cutting tool material has great influence on the cutting performance during the processing of titanium alloy, the Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy for dry turning is tested by using uncoated and coated carbide cutting tools. Scanning electron microscopy and X- Ray energy spectrometer to study the wear mechanism of the tool, and through the tool wear, cutting force and cutting temperature to evaluate the different cutting tool adaptability to the cutting of titanium alloy. The results show that the wear - resistance, cutting force and cutting temperature of the fine grain uncoated cemented carbide tool are smaller, the service life is longer and the cutting performance is better than that of the coated cemented carbide tool when turning the titanium alloy. The changes of cutting force and cutting temperature of TiAlN and AlNiN alloy coating coating with cutting speed are small, the research results are helpful to the reasonable selection of cutting tool material and tool wear control.
