我矿选炼厂精选车间产出的精矿产品(泡沫产品)由于含砷高达6—7%,达不到冶炼的要求(要求As<1.5%),被长期堆放在池内。过去曾对这部分物料进行过处理,但都未获得满意的结果。这次试验采用抑砷浮黝锡矿的优先浮选流程,用石灰和亚硫酸钠做抑制剂,乙基黄药做捕收剂,松醇油做起泡剂,黝锡精矿中的砷含量可降至0.56—1.447%,达到冶炼要求。(一)原料性质由于原料经有关药剂处理过,并长期存放,氧化污染较严重,各种硫化矿物表面都不同程度地发生了变化。原料含(%):砷6.845、黝锡13.307、硫18.85、铁2.72、钨5.23、铅3.175、锌2.25、硅6.188。黝锡矿的嵌布粒度一般在0.074—0.15毫米,毒砂为0.05—0.1毫米。原
