现行《站细》中驼峰解体能力的计算方法,存在着下列一些问题:(1)没有分别按不同的调车机车台数和作业组织方式列出不同的计算方法,不便于计算驼峰在不同条件下的解体能力。(2)计算驼峰利用率时,其按一昼夜24h全部利用的条件来计算的,没有考虑列车不均衡到达、到解编发各作业环节接续上的不协调、调车设备的可靠性等因素,因此计算出的解体能力(《站细》中的计算改编能力)实际上是不可能实现的。(3)某些单项作业
