1、在中国经济制度变迁的过程中,许多经济学家观察到意识形态已是一个十分关键的因素。只不过由于它难于计量,经济学家在设计与激励机制有关的模型时常常将它忽略不计。不仅在中国,在世界经济学诸多流派中,除了比较经济学家如莫里斯·伯恩斯坦等以外,也很少有人关注这一问题。这似乎可从80年代以来计量经济学的发展轨迹中找到佐证(茅于斌,汤敏,1989,p13)。 难以计量,并不意味着它对经济制度变迁没有影响。很明显,制度变迁中意识形态多元化
1. In the process of China’s economic system changes, many economists have observed that ideology has become a very crucial factor.
