本文研究了棉籽发芽过程中适温(20℃)和低温(13℃)条件,以及培养基里氮素(铵态氮和硝态氮)的不同含量和比例对子叶中硝酸还原酶动态的影响。证明,尤其在低温条件下追施氮肥对这种酶的活性有促进作用。
In this paper, we studied the effects of different contents and ratios of nitrogen (ammonium and nitrate) in the medium on the nitrate reductase enzyme activity in cotyledons at the suitable temperature (20 ℃) and low temperature (13 ℃) during cotton germination. .
