按照2011版《煤矿安全规程》规定:长度超过1.5 km的主要运输平巷,上下班时应采用机械运送人员;人员上下的主要倾斜井巷垂深超过50 m时,应采用机械运送人员。目前煤矿主要以斜巷人车、平巷人车和架空乘人装置为主运送人员,因架空乘人装置具有适应性强、便于实现无人值守等优势,应用越来越广泛,但随着煤矿井下开采深度的增加,井下条件的日益复杂,架空乘人装置的应用也将面临一个个的瓶颈。
According to the “Coal Mine Safety Regulations” of 2011, the main transport lanes with a length of more than 1.5 km should be equipped with mechanical transport workers on and off work. When the main inclined shaft above and below the staff is more than 50 m in the vertical direction, mechanical transport personnel should be employed. At present, coal mines are mainly used for transporting people with inclined lanes, lane people and overhead passenger equipment, and are widely used due to their advantages such as adaptability to overhead passenger equipment and ease of unattended operation. However, Underground mining depth increases, the underground conditions are increasingly complex, the application of overhead passenger devices will also face one bottleneck.
