通过台湾考察学习,对台湾的基本概况、林业管理体系、生态林业建设和发展等情况有了初步了解;经与台湾神农科技发展协会沟通交流,达成了宁台林业合作框架协议和合作协议;通过与台湾联工化学公司董事长陆晋德先生座谈交流,得到他继续为宁夏荒漠化与沙产业发展基金会募集基金并出资设立“宁夏森林贡献奖”的承诺。在认真总结的基础上,提出了学习借鉴台湾生态林业建设和发展的经验做法,加快我区生态林业民生林业建设和发展的几点建议。 Through the inspection and study in Taiwan, a basic understanding of Taiwan, the forestry management system, the construction and development of ecological forestry and other conditions have been initially understood; through communication and exchange with Taiwan’s Shen Nong Science and Technology Development Association, the Ningtai Forestry Cooperation Framework Agreement and the cooperation agreement have been reached; Met with Mr. Lu Jinde, chairman of Taiwan Lianhe Chemical Company, and got his commitment to continue raising funds for Ningxia Desertification and Sandy Industry Development Fund and setting up “Ningxia Forest Contribution Award.” On the basis of careful summarization, some suggestions on how to learn from the experience and experiences of Taiwan’s ecological forestry construction and development and how to speed up the construction and development of ecological forestry livelihood forestry in our district are put forward.
