鞍钢大孤山铁矿75米至117米站行程3公里多,是矿山排土主要干线,过去采用电话闭塞只能通过88对列车,加上不定向运输安全无法保证,效率很低。随着矿山向深凹伸展,剥离量不断增大,运输量也相应增加,最繁忙的区间每昼夜通过能力达120对以上。如何提高运输效率,确保行车安全是摆在矿山职工面前的重要任务。我段信号工人在交通部设计的基础上解放思想,大胆革新,突破金属矿山运输不能采用自动闭塞行车制度的旧框框,使75米至117米实现了自动闭塞,开始了定向运输,使通过能力提高到210对列车,同时还消除了正面撞车和放错线等事故。从1973年3月使用以来,设备使用正常,受到运转员和司机的欢迎。(一)自动闭塞动作原理
