随着农村生产机械化、家用电气化的不断发展,农村用电日益增多。由于许多人缺乏用电知识,触电事故不断增多,其中绝大部分是380/220V低电压触电事故。这个问题应该引起高度重视。下面,就我们调查了解的一些情况,谈谈这些触电事故的原因及防护办法。一、农村低电压触电事故的原因通过广泛的调查,总结农村低压触电事故的发生,主要有以下三个方面的原因。1.缺乏安全用电知识这主要表现在:(1)用手去拉断落的带电导线或已触电的人。(2)在电线上晒衣物或攀登电杆。(3)用绝缘性能不好的物品包扎导线接头。(4)在特别潮湿的场所用电。(5)把电源插头的接地端或用电器的接地线误接在相线上使设备的外壳带电。
With the mechanization of rural production, home electrification of the continuous development of rural electricity is increasing. As many people lack knowledge of electricity, electric shock accidents are increasing, most of them are 380 / 220V low-voltage electric shock accident. This issue deserves great attention. Below, we investigate some of the conditions to understand, talk about the causes of these electric shock accidents and protective measures. First, the causes of rural low-voltage electric shock accident Through extensive investigation, summed up the occurrence of rural low-voltage electric shock, mainly in the following three reasons. 1. Lack of safety knowledge of electricity This is mainly manifested in: (1) Hand pulling broken live wires or people who have been electrocuted. (2) Clothesline or climb pole on the wire. (3) Wrap the wire connector with poor insulation properties. (4) electricity in a particularly humid place. (5) Connect the ground terminal of the power plug or the ground wire of the appliance to the phase line to make the equipment shell live.
