天宝山矿东风选厂所处理的矿石为矽卡岩型低品位多金属硫化矿,主要有用矿物为闪锌矿、黄铜矿、方铅矿。该厂采用铜铅部分混合浮选,用硫酸锌加氰化物抑制锌,铜铅部分混合浮选精矿采用氰化法分离,混合浮选尾矿再选锌的工艺流程。近年来,随着入选矿石性质的变化,铜精矿含锌在12%左右,不仅降低了铜精矿质量,直接影响铜精矿售价,而且造成大量锌金属损失于铜精矿中。为降低铜精矿含锌,进行了选矿试验。研
