2007年初,国家统计局巴彦淖尔调查队和巴彦淖尔市统计局按上级要求在巴彦淖尔市进行批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业2006年度抽样调查试点工作,通过全市各级调查队和统计局的密切配合,历时近两个月,完成了抽样框收集、样本抽取、业务培训、现场调查、质量抽查、审核录入、评估上报等各个阶段的任务,试点工作圆满结束。在试点过程中,我们既获得了一些今后在批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业甚至更广泛的领域开展抽样调查可借鉴的经验,也发现了一些开展此项工作时必须注意并要解决好的问题。
In early 2007, the Bayannao’er Investigation Team of the National Bureau of Statistics and the Bayannao’er Bureau of Statistics conducted a pilot sampling of the 2006 annual survey of wholesale, retail, accommodation and catering industries in Bayannaoir City according to the superior requirements. Through the investigation teams at all levels in the city The close cooperation of the Statistics Bureau took nearly two months and completed the tasks of various stages such as sampling frame collection, sample collection, business training, on-site investigation, quality check-up, audit entry, assessment reporting and so on. The pilot work was successfully completed. During the pilot program, we gained some experience to be drawn from sampling surveys in the wholesale and retail industries, the accommodation and catering industry, and even wider areas in the future. We also found some experiences that must be paid attention to and must be solved in carrying out this work problem.
