本文介绍了超声在战现场战伤救治闭合性骨折及体内异物中的应用价值,分别论述了超声在战创伤闭合性骨折和体内异物诊治中的方法步骤、适应证、局限性和注意要点。认为,超声在创伤闭合性骨折和体内异物诊治中的应用将显著提高战伤救治效率、降低伤残率,对维护部队战斗力具有重要意义。
This article introduces the application value of ultrasound in the treatment of closed fractures and in vivo foreign body caused by war injuries on the battlefield, and discusses respectively the method steps, indications, limitations and points of attention in ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment of war wounds and foreign bodies. It is considered that the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic closed fractures and foreign bodies in the body will significantly improve the efficiency of war injuries treatment and reduce the disability rate, which is of great significance for the maintenance of combat effectiveness of the troops.
