以褐藻糖胶为模型多糖 ,对用非水溶性有机试剂从水溶液中萃取褐藻糖胶进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,选用的非水溶性功能试剂N2 6 3能非常有效地从水溶液中萃取褐藻糖胶。对影响萃取褐藻糖胶的水溶液初始 pH、温度及N2 6 3浓度等因素研究结果表明 ,N2 6 3浓度是影响褐藻糖胶萃取的主要因素 ,而初始 pH、温度等的影响不大。本工作为海藻多糖的分离提取提供了一个新的方法和途径。
Using fucoidan as model polysaccharide, the fucoidan was extracted from aqueous solution with water-insoluble organic reagent. The results show that the selected non-water-soluble functional reagent N2 6 3 can extract fucoidan effectively from aqueous solution. The results showed that the concentration of N2 6 3 was the main factor affecting the extraction of fucoidan, while the initial pH and temperature had little effect on the initial pH, temperature and N2 6 3 concentration of aqueous fucoidan extracted. This work provides a new method and method for the separation and extraction of seaweed polysaccharides.
