针对压弯成形制造带筋尤其高筋,整体壁板工艺仍然依赖工人的实际经验、缺乏科学理论指导的现状,开展对铝合金带筋整体壁板压弯成形过程变形机理深入的力学分析。对筋条在内弧的对称、非对称形状截面的结构特征,利用解析法得到了压弯过程中弯曲中性层的平移量和转动量,并通过有限元模拟进行验证;建立了回弹的计算模型,得出上模下压量与回弹量的关系表达式,并与有限元模拟和实验进行了对比验证。
For the buckling forming rib, especially the high-gluten, the overall siding still rely on the actual experience of workers, the lack of scientific guidance of the status quo, to carry out the deformation of aluminum alloy ribbing deformation process in-depth mechanics analysis. The structural characteristics of the symmetrical and asymmetrical cross section of the ribs in the inner arc were obtained. The translational and rotational displacements of the curved neutral layer in the bending process were obtained by analytical method and verified by finite element simulation. Calculating the model, the relationship between the amount of springback and the amount of springback is obtained, and the comparison is verified with the finite element simulation and experiment.
