目的 了解泉州市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生现状,为公共场所卫生监督管理提供依据.方法 对12家酒店集中空调通风系统的卫生状况进行调查,按要求进行采样和检测.结果 抽检12家酒店集中空调通风系统,合格率为58.82%,风管送风中β-溶血性链球未检出,通风管道积尘合格率为100%、细菌总数合格率为100%、真菌总数合格率为68.75%,空调冷却水嗜肺军团菌合格率为68.75%、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌合格率为66.67%.结论 泉州市集中空调通风系统已对室内空气造成一定的污染,空调冷却水、冷凝水嗜肺军团菌检出率高,对人群健康有潜在危害.应加强公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生监督管理,对集中空调通风系统要定期清洗和消毒,从而阻断呼吸道疾病的传播途径,切实保护公共场所中人群的健康.","Objective To understand the hygienic status of centralism air conditioning ventilation system in public places of Quanzhou,provide basis for hygiene supervision and management.Method Hygienic status investigation was carried on to detect the centralism air conditioning ventilation system of 12 hotels,collected and detected samples accord to Public Place Centralism Air Conditioning Ventilation System Health Standard.Results In 12 hotels' centralism air conditioning ventilation system,the qualified rate was 58.82%,β-hemolytic streptococcus had not picked out in ventilation system,the qualified rate of dust settled on ventilator shaft was 100%,bacterium total qualified rate was 100%,fungus total was 68.75%,Legionella pneumophila in air conditioning cooling water was 68.75%,the condensed waters was 66.67%.Conclusions The Quanzhou centralism air conditioning ventilation system has caused certain pollution to the indoor air.In air conditioning cooling water and condensed water,Legionella pneumophila detection rate was high,and it has potentially hazardous to crowd health.We should strengthen the hygiene supervision and management of centralism air conditioning ventilation system in public place,its also need to clean and disinfection regular,cut down the disease's dissemination way,protection crowd's health practically.
