2004年印度共发行邮票43套,包含邮票56枚,小型张2种,小全张4种。印度邮票绝大多数(48枚,占81%)的面值为5卢比,最高面值为15卢比,另有一套2枚的祝贺邮票每枚面值仅为4卢比。2种小型张的图案与邮票相同,面值也各为5卢比,4种小全张中2种面值为15卢比,1种为20卢比,1种为30卢比。全年邮票的总面值为432卢比,约合人民币130元。但实际售价,据印度邮友告知,小型(全)张除预订户外,市场价格都要比面值高数倍。
In 2004, India issued a total of 43 stamps, including 56 stamps, 2 small sheets and 4 souvenir sheets. The vast majority (48, or 81%) of Indian stamps have a face value of Rs 5 and the maximum face value is Rs 15, while a set of 2 other congratulatory stamps each have a face value of Rs 4. The two miniatures have the same stamps as the stamps, each with a denomination of 5 rupees. Two of the four souvenir sheets have a denomination of Rs 15, a denomination of Rs 20 and a denomination Rs 30. The total annual value of the stamps is 432 rupees, about 130 yuan. But the actual price, according to the Indian postal friend told that small (all) Zhang in addition to booking outdoor, the market price must be several times higher than the par value.
