福建省医疗保险管理中心及电力、铁路分中心,省级医疗保险各有关定点医疗机构:为规范基本医疗保险用药管理,各基本医疗保险定点医疗机构按《福建省劳动和社会保障厅关于基本医疗保险药品商品名对应认定问题的通知》(闽劳社文〔2003〕118号)要求,以“医保药品品名对应基础表”为依据,对本医院信息系统库进行了清理核对,并将校对后的医院医保药品的商品名对应清单报送省劳动保障厅备案。现将各医院报送的符合《福建省基本医疗保险药品目录》,而“医保药品品名对应基础表”中尚未收录的商品名,编汇成“基本医疗保险药品(新增认定)对应商品名表”并印发给你们,以此作为医厅保险管理中心药品费用支付的审核依据。请依照执行。
