租赁制的核心和实质是租赁经营合同,是以租赁经营合同形式确定出租方与承租方的权力义务关系。依照法律规定结合企业实际情况订立好租赁经营合同,并认真履行合同,租赁企业就会越办越好。本文拟就执行《全民所有制小型工业企业租赁经营暂行条例》,订立租赁经营合同所涉及的几个经济关系及法律调整的问题作一探讨。
The core and essence of the leasing system is the leasing operation contract. It is based on the leasing operation contract to determine the rights and obligations of the lessor and lessee. In accordance with the law in line with the actual situation of enterprises to enter into a good lease contract, and conscientiously fulfill the contract, leasing companies will get better and better. This article intends to discuss the implementation of the “Provisional Regulations on the Leasing Business of Small-sized State-owned Industrial Enterprises”, the negotiation of several economic relations and the legal readjustment of leasing business contracts.
