利用热重分析方法(TG)、傅立叶转换红外光谱(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了用炭黑补强CSM/NBR(氯磺化聚乙烯/丁腈橡胶)并用胶50/50(质量)中的相互化学作用。研究证明,在高温下CSM和NBR之间发生了化学反应。FT-IR研究证明,在并用胶中发生了等温诱导自交联反应。分析了硫化胶的热稳定性,发现在不同温度下,并用胶的相对质量损失都比纯胶硫化胶的低。玻璃化温度转变研究表明,CSM/NBR并用胶中橡胶大分子之间是热力学不相容的。
Carbon black reinforced CSM / NBR (chlorosulfonated polyethylene / acrylonitrile butadiene rubber) was used to study the effects of carbon black Adhesive 50/50 (mass) in the mutual chemical reaction. Studies have shown that there is a chemical reaction between CSM and NBR at high temperatures. FT-IR studies have shown that isothermal induction of self-crosslinking occurs in the use of glue. The thermal stability of the vulcanizates was analyzed and it was found that the relative mass loss of the compounded gums was lower than that of the pure rubber vulcanizates at different temperatures. Studies of the glass transition temperature show that CSM / NBR is thermodynamically incompatible with rubbery macromolecules.
