“小组合作学习”作为对传统教学组织形式的突破和补充,目前被越来越广泛地应用于我国高职课堂教学。然而,在现实的教学情境中,有许多因素影响了合作学习的有效性。以此通过反思高职教学活动中小组合作学习所出现的问题,分析和梳理影响合作学习实效的诸多影响因素,进而依据笔者多年来开展小组合作教学的经验,提供一些解决的方法。
As a breakthrough and supplement to the traditional teaching organization form, the “group cooperative learning” is now more and more widely applied to the classroom teaching in higher vocational education in our country. However, in the real teaching situation, there are many factors that affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning. In this way, we can analyze and sort out the many influencing factors that affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning by rethinking the problems that arise in the cooperative learning in higher vocational teaching activities, and then provide some solutions according to the author’s experience of cooperative teaching through many years.
