细胞因子信号转导抑制分子3(SOCS3)是细胞因子信号转导负调控因子家族中的一员,近年来研究发现,在多种异常妊娠的疾病中存在SOCS3基因表达异常,提示其可能在妊娠结局中扮演重要角色。本文对SOCS3与妊娠相关疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。
