本文结合天津“十一五”收入分配工作情况,分析了各阶层收入状况,预计2010年天津市城市居民人均可支配收入24250元,比上年增长13.3%,扣除价格因素实际增长9.7%。五年累计增长91.9%,年均递增13.9%,扣除价格因素,实际年均递增11%,这两个速度都是天津市历个五年计划中增长最快的;也是超额完成“十一五”年均名义增长10%的目标。本文做出了与当前流行的“贫富差距不断扩大”说法的不同判断,最后,提出“十二五”居民增收主攻方向和政策建议。
In this paper, Tianjin “Eleventh Five-Year ” income distribution work, analysis of the income status of all strata, Tianjin urban residents per capita disposable income is expected in 2010 24250 yuan, an increase of 13.3% over the previous year, the actual price deduction of 9.7% . Five-year cumulative increase of 91.9%, an average annual increase of 13.9%, net of price factors, the actual average annual increase of 11%, both of these two rates are the calendar year of Tianjin, the fastest growing five-year plan; also exceeded the “Eleven Five ”nominal average annual increase of 10% goal. This article makes different judgments with the current prevailing “gap between the rich and the poor,” and finally puts forward the main directions and policy proposals for increasing residents’ income during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period.
