本文以三自由度讨论了单轴惯性激振器、线性弹性元件以及刚性振动放矿机的振动。重点分析了单轴惯性激振器水平力系对振动的影响。由于强调了各点竖向振幅相位差的存在,使本文对振动过程的描述建立的振型概念以及提出的振型设计计算方法,比二自由度仅考虑竖向力系更切合实际,进一步完善了振动放矿机设计的计算过程。
In this paper, we discuss the vibration of a single-axis inertial vibration exciter, a linear elastic element and a rigid vibrating leveler with three degrees of freedom. The influence of the horizontal force system of single-axis inertial exciter on the vibration is analyzed emphatically. Due to the existence of the phase difference of the vertical amplitude of each point, the concept of mode shape and the proposed method of vibration mode design described in this paper are more perfect than the two degrees of freedom considering only the vertical force system Vibration mining machine design of the calculation process.
