一、“管理型”财会人才培养的必要性(一)社会需要“管理型”高级财会人才随着世界经济一体化、企业规模的壮大和企业竞争的加剧,企业迫切需要财会人员参与到企业的生产经营日常管理和战略管理中去。精通会计政策、熟悉国际惯例、掌握企业管理知识、具备企业发展战略眼光的会计人才,是企业发展不可或缺的人才。在激烈的市场竞争中,如果缺乏这样的“管家”为企业做好理财、开源节流、资金管理和财务风险控制工作,企业追求经济效益的能力将直接受到影响,企业可持续发展能力将受到挑战。也正是如此,近几年来,既精通会计又能管理的复合型财会人才成为我国会计人才市场的宠儿就不足为怪了。
