成长期是企业大量技术与非技术创新要素集成或整合的关键时期,如何确保组织创新(OI)与技术创新(TI)持续有效匹配则是成长期企业创新成功的重要前提。本文以成长期高技术制造企业为研究载体,借用二象系统理论从动态视角分析OI与TI匹配系统的二象对偶关系基础上,采用系统动力学方法构建OI与TI匹配的系统动力学模型,运用Vensim PLE软件进行仿真模拟分析。结果显示,成长期企业OI发展速率明显高于TI,并在TI牵引下其总体水平快速提高,从而使OI对创新效率的动态影响程度呈明显上升趋势,体现出一种TI牵引OI快速变化的创新匹配发展路径。最后,基于仿真结果提出OI与TI有效匹配的策略建议。
The growth period is the key period for a large number of enterprises to integrate or integrate technical and non-technological innovation elements. How to ensure the continuous and effective matching of organizational innovation (OI) and technological innovation (TI) is an important prerequisite for the success of enterprise innovation in a growing enterprise. Based on the dual-image system theory and the dual-image duality relationship between OI and TI matching system based on the theory of two-image system, this paper uses the system dynamics method to build the system dynamics model of OI and TI matching, Using Vensim PLE software simulation analysis. The results showed that the growth rate of OI in growing enterprises was significantly higher than that of TI, and the overall level of OI was rapidly increased under the traction of TI, thus the dynamic impact of OI on innovation efficiency showed a clear upward trend, indicating a rapidly changing OI of TI traction Innovative matching development path. Finally, based on the simulation results, a strategy suggestion of matching OI with TI is proposed.
