我厂一台5.5kW的风机电机,转速为2900r/min,用三角胶带传动。由于电机前轴承烧坏未及时发现,导致轴颈磨损。经修理后,电机振动较大。遂对电机轴的弯曲情况进行检查:以两轴承的安装位置为支承点,测得在输出端距轴承位置60mm处的径向圆跳动为0.20mm;转子铁芯外圆最大跳动为0.04mm,这说明转子轴的输出端弯曲较大。这是引起电机振动的原因。
I plant a 5.5kW fan motor, speed of 2900r / min, with a triangular belt drive. As the motor before the bearing is not found in time, resulting in journal wear.
