研究了甲醇低压气相羰基化合成醋酸的含铑催化剂。用活性炭为载体比用三氧化二铝和二氧化硅为载体,在活性和选择性方面要好。但三氧化二铝和二氧化硅一旦载入一定量的活性炭,再制成含铑催化剂,则其活性和选择性与用活性炭为载体的含铑催化剂相同,用顺磁共振研究了含铑催化剂的结构,发现铑炭之间显示出新的顺磁讯号,由此可见,铑炭之间的轨道和电子发生了相互作用,形成了一种铑-碳的表面络合物。
The rhodium-containing catalysts for the gas-phase carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid were studied. Activated carbon as a carrier than aluminum oxide and silica as a carrier, activity and selectivity is better. However, once the alumina and silica are loaded with a certain amount of activated carbon to make a rhodium-containing catalyst, its activity and selectivity are the same as those of a rhodium-containing catalyst supported on activated carbon. By using paramagnetic resonance, the rhodium-containing catalyst The results show that rhodium carbon shows a new paramagnetic signal. Thus, the orbital of rhodium carbon interacted with the electrons to form a rhodium-carbon surface complex.
