选取咪唑类室温离子液体浸渍有机高分子微孔膜制备了支撑离子液膜,扫描电镜结果表明膜基质被离子液体充分浸润并且充满微孔内部,采用自制气体渗透仪测试了支撑液膜的CO2与CH4渗透性能,结果表明:微孔基质对于膜性能影响较小而阴阳离子的选取对于膜性能的改善具有重要影响。
The supported ionic liquid membranes were prepared by immersing the ionic liquid of imidazole at room temperature into organic polymer microporous membranes. The scanning electron microscopy results showed that the membrane matrix was fully infiltrated by the ionic liquid and filled with micropores. The gas permeation characteristics CH4 permeability. The results show that the microporous matrix has little effect on the film properties and the choice of anion and cation plays an important role in the improvement of the film properties.
