目的　观察用角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉及化学伤后角膜表面血管翳性混浊效果。方法　对 6例 (9眼 )翼状胬肉 ,2例 (2眼 )化学烧伤病人进行角膜缘上皮移植。结果　翼状胬肉患者视力均提高 ,6例角膜完全透明 ,角膜缘结构正常 ,化学伤患者角膜表面光滑透明 ,视力提高。结论　角膜缘干细胞移植治疗眼球表面疾病疗效确切 ,是再造角膜表面的良好术式。 Objective To observe the corneal opacity of corneal surface after corneal limbal epithelial transplantation for the treatment of pterygium and chemical injury. Methods Six cases (9 eyes) of pterygium and two cases (2 eyes) of chemical burn patients were treated by corneal limbal epithelial transplantation. Results The visual acuity of patients with pterygium was improved. The cornea was completely transparent in 6 cases and the corneal limbal structure was normal. The corneal surface of chemical injury was smooth and transparent, and the visual acuity was improved. Conclusion limbal stem cell transplantation for the treatment of ocular surface disease is effective, is a good surgical reconstruction of the corneal surface.
