进入21世纪以来,社会经济、科技全面发展,教育教学在社会发展中的作用越来越突出,高职院校作为培养专业人才的摇篮,一直以来都是社会各界关注的焦点。日语是高职教学中的重要科目之一,随着我国对外开放程度的不断加深,很多日资企业进入我国市场,日语专业毕业生数量也在持续攀升。这样一来,就业压力也随之扩大,很多高职院校毕业生无法找到合适的工作,学校教学内容与用人单位对人才的需求也有很大的差距,校企联动合作模式的开展就成为了大势所趋。虽然我国各高职院校不断完善自身教学内容,与企业的合作变得越来越紧密,但是在校生的能力水平与企业具体要求还有一段距离,校企合作甚至沦为了一种表面形式。针对这样的现象,本文就结合我国高职商务日语专业校企合作的实际情况,简单阐述一下其存在的主要弊端,并结合实际进行分析,完善合作模式,为社会输送更多优秀的商务日语专业毕业生。

As the cradle of training professionals, higher vocational colleges have always been the focus of attention of all walks of life. Japanese is one of the important subjects in higher vocational education. With the deepening of China’s opening to the outside world, many Japanese-funded enterprises have entered the Chinese market, and the number of Japanese-speaking graduates has also continued to rise. As a result, the employment pressure also will be expanded, many vocational college graduates can not find a suitable job, the school teaching content and employers have a great gap between the demand for talent, school-enterprise linkage development of cooperation has become The trend of the times. Although the higher vocational colleges in our country constantly improve their own teaching contents, the cooperation with the enterprises becomes more and more close, but there is still some distance between the students’ ability level and the specific requirements of enterprises. The cooperation between school and enterprises even becomes a superficial form. In view of this phenomenon, this article will briefly explain the main shortcomings of the existing business school-enterprise cooperation based on the actual situation of business Japanese major in our country. Based on the analysis of actual situation, this article will improve the cooperation mode and deliver more outstanding business Japanese majors graduate.
