为了简便地提取分离细胞膜表面特异寡糖,以氨甲基聚苯乙烯树脂和对溴甲基苯硼酸为原料,制备了1种带有双硼酸功能基团的新型树脂,并定量地研究了该树脂与单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)结合能力。结果表明该树脂与GM1在碱性水溶液和氯仿中结合率较高,分别为83%和94%,但在水和甲醇中的结合率分别为23%和51%;结合在树脂上的GM1可以在酸性溶液中简便地解离下来。这表明该树脂在提取分离细胞膜表面特异寡糖方面值得进一步研究。
In order to extract and separate the surface specific oligosaccharides of cell membrane easily, a new type of resin with bis-boric acid functional groups was prepared by using aminomethyl polystyrene resin and p-bromomethylbenzeneboronic acid as raw materials. Resin binds to monosialotetrahexosyl ganglioside (GM1). The results showed that the resin bound to GM1 in alkaline aqueous solution and chloroform at a high rate of 83% and 94%, respectively, but the binding rates in water and methanol were 23% and 51%, respectively. The bound GM1 on the resin Easily dissociated in acidic solution. This shows that the resin in the extraction of cell surface membrane specific oligosaccharides worth further study.
