基于多学科视角分析了当前铁路旅客列车服务理论与方法,并从运输市场竞争战略研究、管理对策研究、运作优化研究3个研究层面对其进行了综述,指出当前研究的不足之处,提出应结合铁路客运实际,加强相关理论与方法的应用研究。
Based on the multidisciplinary perspective, this paper analyzes the theory and method of railway passenger train service at present. It also summarizes the research on three strategic aspects of transport market competition strategy, management strategy and operational optimization. It points out the shortcomings of the current research, Combined with the actual railway passenger transport, strengthen the application of relevant theories and methods.
