目的:了解上海市公共卫生专业机构技术人员的自身定位、职业需求和期望。方法:以分层整群随机抽样相结合的方法抽取上海市36家公共卫生专业机构中的专业技术人员1019人进行相关的问卷调查。结果:仅有20．93％的人员认为该行业的社会地位是受尊重的,97．32％的被调查者均不同程度地珍惜并做好现有的工作,工作满意度均数为6．08±1．816分,收入满意度为5．24±1．862分。结论:公共卫生专业人员职业定位较明确,工作满意度高于收入,工作中需不断充实自身,以适应专业岗位的发展。 Objective: To understand the self-positioning, occupational needs and expectations of technical personnel in Shanghai’s public health professional organizations. Methods: A total of 1,019 professional and technical personnel in 36 public health professional organizations in Shanghai were selected by a combination of stratified cluster random sampling to conduct related questionnaire surveys. Results: Only 20.93% of the people think that the social status of the industry is respected, and 97.32% of the surveyed people cherish and do their work in varying degrees. The average job satisfaction is 6. 08±1.816 points, and the income satisfaction level was 5.24±1.862 points. Conclusion: The occupational position of public health professionals is relatively clear, job satisfaction is higher than income, and work needs to be constantly enriched to suit the development of professional positions.
