当前,我国综合国力得到了全面的提升,进而迸发出更多的新型产业,旅游业成为重要的发展方向,逐渐成长为我国的热门经济产业。若想促进旅游业的发展,提升游客的满意度,强化导游服务质量的全面提升是必然选择,可为游客提供更为人性化、高质量的旅游服务,强化对导游的规范性管理,进而提高游客的幸福指数。为此,本文就导游服务质量的提升与管理进行了分析与探究。
At present, the comprehensive national strength of our country has been fully upgraded, and more new types of industries have been burst forth.
